The School Nutrition program promotes a lifetime of wellness by serving meals that are high quality, nutritious, enjoyable, and economical. We serve over 18 million meals and meal equivalents each school year with an average total of 99,800 meals per day (73,500 lunches and 26,300 breakfasts) plus an additional 831,400 after school snacks. We also provide catering for special functions and summer meals for the DeKalb County Parks and Recreation programs.
